WHEREAS, a certain Mortgage executed by James R. Byars, as Mortgagor, and Leisure Valley,
Inc. as Mortgagee, and recorded in the official records of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on
September 19, 1995, in Book 373PR, Page 470, as Instrument No. 808454, and foreclosed under and
by virtue of Wyoming Statutes 34-101 through 34-113, and in pursuance thereof, after due
advertisement, the mortgaged premises hereinafter described were sold on June 26`h, 2001 , to
Leisure Valley Inc. $12,165.72
for the sum of , it being the highest and best bidder
for the premises; and
WHEREAS, the said . Leisure Valley Inc.
is now entitled to a conveyance of the premises
according to law, the statutory redemption period having expired;
NOW THEREFORE, know all men by this Deed, that I,

to have and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances to the said
