WHEREAS, a certain Mortgage executed by Sarah M. Brod, as Mortgagor, and Leisure Valley,
Inc. as Mortgagee, and recorded in the official records of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on
September 30, 1992, in Book 317, Page 52, as Instrument No. 755162, and foreclosed under and by
virtue of Wyoming Statutes 34-101 through 34-113, and in pursuance thereof, after due advertisement,
the mortgaged premises hereinafter described were sold on April 30"', 2001

for the premises; and

for the sum of $7,249.02 , it being the highest and best bidder
WHEREAS, the said Leisure Valley is now entitled to a conveyance of the premises
according to law, the statutory redemption period having expired;
NOW THEREFORE, know all men by this Deed; that Lee S. Gardner the undersigned
Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, have granted and sold and do hereby convey to
Leisure Valley , its heirs and assigns, the following described tract of land, to have
and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances to the said Leisure Valley
its heirs and assigns forever:
