COMES NOW, I Lloyd B. Baker, Surveyor, PE/LS 698 and being upon oath first duly sworn, state and allege
as follows:
I. The affiant is the same person that perfonned the survey for the property as shown on the Final Buffalo
Sage Townhomes Addition to the Town of Alpine Identical With Lot 28 of River View Meadows
Addition to the Town of Alpine for Steve Chichil1sky & Carol Chichinsky recorded with instrument No.
924670, on Map No. 288-A.
2. That this affidavit is given pursuant to and in accordance with Wyoming State Statute 34-11-101
Wyoming Statutes (1977 amended), for the purpose of correcting errors in descriptions of land in
recorded instruments.
3. That a typographical error in the survey and subsequently in the Certificate of Owner shown on the Final
Buffalo Sage Townhomes Addition to the Town of Alpine Identical With Lot 28 of River View
Meadows Addition to the Town of Alpine, should be and are hereby modified by correction as follows:

THÀT THEY DO HEREBY VACATE SAID LOT 28 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 34-12-106
WYOMING STATUTES 2005, AS AMENDED, AND RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THE CLERK OF
LINCOLN COUNTY TO SO MARK SAID PLAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 34-12-110;
THAT EACH TOWNHOME LOTIUNIT, 1 THROUGH 20, IS A TOWNHOUSE TYPE OF OWNERSHIP AS
DEFINED IN THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR
BUFFALO SAGE TOWNHOMES, OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN
COUNTY;
THAT EACH OWNER OF LOTSfUNITS 1 THROUGH 20 WITHIN THIS ADDITION IS A MEMBER OF
THE RIVER VIEW MEADOWS ASSOCIATION;
THAT EACH LOTfUNIT CONSISTS OF A SINGLE TOWNHOUSE UNIT INCLUDING ITS GARAGE
AND THE UNDERLYING LAND TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE LIMITED
COMMON AREA (LCA) WITH THE SAME UNIT DESIGNATION AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE

THAT SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS WILL BE SEPTIC TANKS AND ABSORPTION FIELDS AS
SPECIFIED BY WYOMING WATER QUALITY RULES AND REGULATIONS;
THAT THE SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT TO THE PURCHASERS THAT HE OR SHE HAS ANY
RIGHTS TO THE NATURAL FLOW OF ANY STREAMS WITHIN OR ADJACENT TO THIS
TOWNHOME PROJECT;
THAT WYOMING LAW DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ANY RIPARIAN RIGHTS TO THE CONTINUED
NATURAL FLOW OF A STREAM OR RIVER FOR PERSONS LIVING ON THE BANKS OF A STREAM
OR RIVER;
THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF THE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION LAWS OF THE
STATE OF WYOMING ARE HEREBY RELEASED;
