TRUSTEE'S DEED

WHEREAS, Paul M. Stock established the Paul M. Stock Revocable Trust under
agreement dated May 9, 1995, wherein Paul M. Stock is the Settlor and Paul M. Stock and
Nedra J. Stock are the initial Co-Trustees, and
WHEREAS, Nedra J. Stock established the Nedra J. Stock Revocable Trust under
agreement dated May 9, 1995, wherein Nedra 1. Stock is the Settlor and Paul M. Stock and
Nedra 1. Stock are the initial Co-Trustees, and

WHEREAS, the Paul M. Stock Revocable Trust and the Nedra 1. Stock Revocable
Trust each provide in Article 12 thereof that Nedra J. Stock and Wallace Lavon Stock are
appointed to be the Trustees when Paul M. Stock and/or Nedra J. Stock cease to qualify or
cease to act, and
WHEREAS, Paul M. Stock passed away on September 19,2005 and thereafter Nedra
1. Stock and Wallace Lavon Stock became the acting trustees ofthe Paul M. Stock Revocable
Trust and the Nedra J. Stock Revocable Trust, and
WHEREAS, the Paul M. Stock Revocable Trust and the Nedra J. Stock Revocable
Trust each provide in Article 12 thereofthat the Trustees shall have the power to partition,
sell, exchange, grant, convey, deliver, assign, transfer, lease, option and/or mortgage any of
the assets held in the respective Trusts,
NOW, THEREFORE, Nedra 1. Stock and Wallace Lavon Stock, trustees ofthe Paul
M. Stock Revocable Trust under agreement dated May 9, 1995, and Nedra 1. Stock and
Wallace Lavon Stock trustees ofthe Nedra 1. Stock Revocable Trust under agreement dated
May 9, 1995, Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum often dollars ($10) and other
valuable consideration to them in hand paid, the receipt whereofbeing hereby acknowledged,

said Trustees' right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to-wit:

Together with the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the above-mentioned and described real
estate, together with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, her successors, heirs, and
assigns forever.
