WARRANTY DEED
Nedra J. Stock, Grantor, Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Curt Robert Stock, Grantee, whose
address is Bountiful, Utah 84010, the following-described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, to-wit:

and the said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of this state.

This is a division ofland for the purpose of a single gift or sale to a member of the landowner's
immediate family pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 18-5-303(a)(i).
