Stock, Grantor, Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Wallace L. Stock, Grantee, whose address is 751 Cypress Lane, Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming, 82009 the following-described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit: SEE EXHIBIT A and the said Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state. This is a division of land for the purpose of a single gift or sale to a member of the landowner's immediate family pursuant to Wyo.
