WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that SIGNATURE
INVESTMENTS, LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company, P.O. Box 7062, Fargo, North
Dakota 58106, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to SIGNATURE INVESTMENTS WY, LLC, a Wyoming
limited liability company, P.O. Box 7062, Fargo, North Dakota 58106, GRANTEE, and its
successors and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See the property description in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on December 29,2006 in Book 645 at Page 111 as
Receiving No. 925704, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
