CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED
DANIEL JACOB RUHL,
a Single Person,
grantor of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 001100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
MELVIN DEAN SHOELL AND ANGELA C. SHOELL,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantees, whose address is 83130 U.S. Highway 89, Afton, WY 83110
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Section 6, T31N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described more particularly as follows:

COMMENCING 41 feet South of the Northwest comer of SWIASWIA of said Section
6, and on the right of way U.S. 89 North Highway and running thence South 79 feet;
thence East 133 feet;
thence North 70 feet;
thence West 28.5 feet;
thence North 9 feet;
thence West 104.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the acknowledgement on that certain Warranty Deed
recorded May 19, 2005 in Book 585PR on page 693 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
