ASSIGNMENT OF ROYALTY INTEREST
THIS ASSIGNMENT made lhis 29th day of December, 2006, by CALINE J.
FERGUSON and LEE A. GRANT, s ccessor Trustees of the CALVIN BARNES LIVING
TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 16,2005, of 4050 Palisades, Green River, Sweetwater County,
Wyoming, hereinafter called "Assignors", and CALINE J. FERGUSON, whose address is 4050
Palisades, Green River, Wyoming 82935, and LEE A. GRANT, whose address is 1205 Apache
Avenue, Green River, Wyoming 82935, as successor trustees under the CALVIN BARNES
LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 16,2005, hereinafter called "Assignees";

WHEREAS, Calvin Barnes is shown as the owner of record of a fifty percent (50%) of
a 12.50% royalty in certain real property hereinafter described in an Oil and Gas Lease among
Arnold A, Larson and Catherine Larson, husband and wife, as Lessor, and Thomas P. Stroock,
as Lessee, dated September 18, 1953, and recorded in the records of the Lincoln County
Recorded on November 9, 1953, in Book 5 Leases, Page 361, Reception No. 203799:
Township 24 North. Range 114 W,. 6th P,M,. Lincoln County. Wyoming
Section 2: Lot 16 (39.10 acres), 17 (5.71 acres), Lot 18 (6.48 acres)
Section 3: Lots 12 (22.51 acres), 13 (20.35 acres), 14 (17.84 acres), 18 (17.84 acres)

WHEREAS, on Februaryl6, 2005, CALVIN BARNES executed a General Conveyance,
attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by reference made a part hereof, conveying,
quitclaiming transferring and assigning unto Calvin Barnes, Trustee, or his successor(s) in trust,
under the Calvin Barnes Living Trust dated February 16, 2005, all fee interests, leaseholds,
mortgages, deed of trust, mining claims, mineral, production and royalty payments and interests
of every kind, oil and gas leasehold interests, overriding royalties, water rights, rights of way,
easements, concessions, royalties and contracts to acquire such interests, and also including all
buildings and other improvements of every kind on, under or above the land, or which are in
any manner a part thereof, awards for condemnation of real property, and all other interests of
every kind generally considered to be real property, whether like or unlike the foregoing; and
WHEREAS, on September 3, 2006, Calvin Barnes died, and Caline J. Ferguson and
Lee A, Grant succeeded to the trusteeship of Calvin Barnes under the CAL VIN BARNES
LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 16,2005, on September 6,2006; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to the attached General Conveyance, Caline J. Ferguson and
Lee A. Grant, as successor trustees to Calvin Barnes under the CALVIN BARNES LIVING
TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 16, 2ÒÔ5, are executing this assignment to record the
conveyance of the fifty percent (50%) of the 12.50% royalty interest titled in the name of Calvin
Barnes, in the above-described lands: and
WHEREAS, in consideration of the sum ofTen and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the Assignees to Assignor, receipt whereof is
hereby aclmowledged, Assignors, do hereby transfer, assign and set over unto the following the
fifty percent (50%) ofthe 12,50% royalty interest held by CALVIN BARNES, individually, to-
wit:
All interest to: Caline J, Ferguson and Lee A. Grant, Trustees, or their
successor(s) in trust under the Calvin Barnes Living Trust dated February 16,
2005, of 4050 Palisades, Green River, Wyoming 82935
in the following described real property:

GENERAL CONVEYANCE
THIS GENERAL CONVEYANCE dated February 16, 2005, is from CALVIN
BARNES, ("Grantor"), to CALVIN BARNES, Trustee, or his successor(s) in trust,
under the CALVIN BARNES LIVING TRUST, dated February 16, 2005, and any
amendments thereto, ("Grantee").
1. Conveyance. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is acknowledged, Grantor hereby gives, grants, bargains, sells,
conveys, quitclaims, transfers and assigns unto Grantee all of Grantor's real property
and all of his interests of every kind in and to real property, wherever ,situated and
whether or not vested of record in Grantor, including all fee interests, leaseholds,
mortgages, deeds of trust, mining claims, mineral, production and royalty payments
and interests of every kind, oil and gas leasehold interests, overriding royalties, water
rights, rights of way, easements, concessions, royalties and contracts to acquire such
interests, and also including all buildings and other improvements of every kind on,
under or above the land, or which are in any manner a part thereof, awards for
condemnation of real property, and all other interests of every kind generally
considered to be real property, whether like or unlike the foregoing.

2. Other Instruments. Promptly on request, Grantor and his heirs and assigns
will execute and deliver such additional instruments as Grantee may request in order
to confirm the foregoing conveyance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has signed this instrument on the day and
