RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENTS, That Sven Johnson, Manager of Triple A
Builders, LLC, lien claimant, in consideration and in receipt of the amount often dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, hereby grants a release of the Wyoming Lien Statement
(the "Lien) filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk recorded at Book 633, Pages 68-83 on
September 7, 2006, Instrument No. 922231. The debt secured by the Lien is hereby fully paid,
satisfied, released and discharged and in consideration thereof the lien claimant hereby releases and
quitclaims unto Paul Stark and Donna Stark, Husband and Wife, PO Box 3018, Alpine, WY 83128
the premises located at 716 Trail Ridge Drive, Alpine, Wyoming legally described as Lot 4 of
Shadow Dancer Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat
thereof.
