RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY AIL THESE PRESENTS, That Nora D. Kennedy, Trustee of the David J.
Paoli Revocable Trust dated September 7, 1993, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing
the date of July 14,2004 made and executed by Katherine A. McClure, as mortgagors to Nora
D < Kennedy, Trustee of the David J. Paoli Revocable Trost dated September 7, 1993 as
mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$72,300.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 16, 2004 in
Book S62PR on page 255 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
All lands described in said mortgage.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
