and other good and valuable consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
A portion of Lot 3, Section 28, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., North of Freedom,
Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the Wyoming-Idaho State line, said point being also in the West line of said Lot
3 and 882.34 feet, South from the Northwest comer of said Lot 3 and thence East 396 feet; thence
South 119.02 feet; thence West 396 feet, to said West line of Lot 3; thence North 119.02 feet, to the
point of beginning.
Subject to an easement, 30 feet wide, over the West 30 feet of the above described property, to the
County for road purposes.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use. I
