COURT OFFICER'S DEED
WHEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, has heretofore and on the 6th day of October, 2004, duly entered
an Order authorizing and directing BRANDON A. BAUMAN and
KATHLEEN OROZCO, as Persol).a1 Representatives of the Estate of
BRUCE A. BAUMAN, ·deceased, to execute and deliver a deed as to certain
real estate, as hereinafter described, upon the performance of certain
conditions by Grantee; and;
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said
Order of Court have now been fully complied with by Grantee;
NOW, BRANDON A. BAUMAN and KATHLEEN OROZCO, as
Personal Representatives of the Estate of A. BRUCE BAUMAN, Deceased,
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto:
BRANDON A. BAUMAN,Grantee, an undivided one-third interest
in all of said Estate's right, title and interest in and to the following
described real estate,
KATHLEEN OROZCO, Grantee, an undivided one-third interest in
all of said Estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described
real estate,

Rex B. Bauman, Grantee, an undivided one-third interest in all of said
Estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate,
