QUITCLAIM DEED
David W. Dunlap, Trustee ofthe David W. Dunlap Living Trust dated May 4,2000 and Nancy
G. Dunlap, Trustee of the Nancy G. Marsee Living Trust dated July 27, 1999, as Tenants in
Common, of Teton County, and State of Wyoming, GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTen
Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM TO:
Nancy Dunlap, Trustee of the Nancy Dunlap Living Trust, dated November 17,
2006, and any amendments thereto, an undivided one-half interest, and
David W. Dunlap, Trustee of the David W. Dunlap Living Trust, dated May
4, 2000, and any amendments thereto, an undivided one-half interest,
as tenants in common, whose address is P.O. Box 6765, Jackson, Teton County, and the State of
Wyoming, GRANTEES, all right, title and interest, including after-acquired title, in and to the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Beginning at the SE comer of the SW~NW~, Section 11, T. 34 N., R. 119 W., 6th
P.M., Wyoming and running thence West, along the South boundary line of said
SW~NW~, 20 rods, more or less, to the East edge of US Highway 89; thence in a
Northwesterly direction (North 20°55'6" West) along the East edge of said US
Highway 89, 85.44 rods, more or less, to the intersection of the East edge of said
highway right of way boundary with the North boundary line of said SW~NW~;
thence East, along said North boundary line, 50 rods, more or less, to the NE comer
of said SW~NW~; thence South, along the East boundary line of said SW~NW~,
80 rods, more or less, to the point of beginning;

TOGETHER with all buildings and improvements located thereon or appurtenant
thereto and all rights, privileges, hereditaments and tenements appertaining or
belonging; SUBJECT to all prior easements, restrictions, reservations, conveyances,
conditions, covenants and rights-of-way of record.
