Notice is hereby given that the Lincoln County, Wyoming, A VR Homeowner's Association
hereby claims a lien on that certain property owned or occupied by Thomas and Karen Wylie, in
the amount of$300.00 plus lien fees, attorney's fees, costs and other applicable charges for
delinquent homeowners assessments and dues ITom 2/10/2003 through 2/10/2006. Assessments
are due to the Association on an annual basis. This Notice of Lien relates to the property located
in Alpine Village Subdivision in Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as
follows:
