of the United States of America, does hereby certify tbatmortgage bearing the date of Apri112,
1996 made and executed by Debbie K. Painter, as mortgagor, to CIT Group/Sales Financing,
Inc. as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $80,861.31 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyom.îng, on April 17, 1996 in
the Book 382PR on page 287 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County,
to wit:

the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more pa11icularly described as fol1ows:
COMMENCING at the NtA comer of said Section 15; then.ce S 00°3' 11" E, 404.27 feet,
to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence S 00°03'11" E, 255 feet to the CNN 1/64 comer;
thence S 89°33'02" W, 224.35 feet;
thence N 42°24'47" W, along the Easterly boundary of a 60 foot right-of-way
roadway access, 334.29 feet;
thence N 89°33'15" E. 456.32 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said mortgage of
the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real estate
mortgaged therein and tpereby.
