QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
CHAD D. CAZIER and G. DANYEL CAZIER, husband and wife
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
herein convey and quitclaim unto

and her heIrs, successors, and assIgns, all such nght, tItle, mterest, property, posseSSIOn, clann,
and demand as they have or ought to have in or to all the following described real estate, situate
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
A tract ofland lying within and being a part of the SWl/4NEl/4 of Section 28,
Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a portion
of the land described in that deed of record in Book 373 PR, Page 513, in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, and with boundaries more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east boundary line of the SWl/4NEl/4 of Section
28, said point being due north a distance of 957 feet (58 rods) from the southeast
comer of the said SWl/4NEl/4; and running
THENCE due North a distance of230.51 feet to the south right-of-way boundary
line of Hannony Creek Lane;

THENCE S86°30'00"W, along right-of-way boundary, a distance of 824.11 feet;

THENCE S81 °28'39"W, continuing along right-of-way boundary, a distance of
499.40 feet to the west boundary line of the said SWl/4NEl/4;
THENCE Soo02'38"E, along said west boundary line, a distance of 122.51 feet;
THENCE N89°17'22"E, along a line 957 feet from, and parallel to, the south
boundary line of the said SWl/4NEl/4, a distance of 1316.46 feet to the point of
beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of5.75 acres, more or less,
Subject to any easements of sight or of record, including, but not limited to, an
easement for Wyoming State Highway 238.
