RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 13th day of October, 2005, made and executed by Catherine S. Peet and Patrick I. Milligan,
as wife and husband, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain
real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of$35,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, on the 24th day of Apri1,2006 , in Book 617 of Mortgages, at page 653, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be

Trust and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and
said Matt Oldham acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
