Bodily, a single person, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 19, 2002 (the "Mortqaqe"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, qn June 20, 200'2, in/as Book ,492 PR at Page 410. WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on August 8, 2006, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lin'coln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc.
