WHEREAS, Allen H. Bodily, a single person, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 19, 2002 (the
"Mortqaqe"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, qn
June 20, 200'2, in/as Book ,492 PR at Page 410.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wells Fargo Home
Mortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on August 8, 2006, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at
the front door of the Lin'coln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wells
Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid
for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $132,829.46, and the
said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 8,
2006 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned
Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on
the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on August 8,2006, in/as Book 629 at Page 837;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home,
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated 09/12/2006 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of W~Oming on the 23rd dpyof Januaç.rj 2007

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Corporation, 8200 Jones Branch Drive, Maclean, VA 22102, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 16, T35N,
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of
those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 298 of Photostatic Records
on page 6, and in Book 311 Photos'tatic Records on
page 535 described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point N84°-31'-40"W, 1621.39 feet
from the southeast corner of said Section 16, found
as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence S62°-17'-14"W, 147.58 feet, along the center
line of an existing access road, to a point;

bounds of the following described strip of land:
A strip of land thirty feet in width, with the centerline
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike within the bounds of the
Freedom North County Road No. 12-114, S77°-58'-
53"W, 3318.73 feet from the southeast corner of said
Section 16, found as described in the Corner Record
filed in said Office;
thence N66°-22'-40"E, 144.60 feet to a spike;
thence N62°-17'-14"E, 1546.24 feet to a point;
