WARRANTY DEED
Owen K. Smith and Saundra Smith, Trustees of the Owen K. and
Saundra Smith Family Trust, dated the 6th day of October, 1999
grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and
other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Mark J. Bennion and Anne Bennion
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
grantees, whose mailing address is 1696 Claremont, Idaho Falls,
ID 83404, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
