MORTGAGE
Mark J. Bennion and Anne Bennion, husband and wife, mortgagors,
to secure the payment of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($180,000.00) payable as evidenced by an agreement of even date
herewith, do hereby mortgage to Owen K. Smith and Saundra Smith,
Trustees of the Owen K. and Saundra Smith Family Trust, dated
the 6th day of October, 1999, mortgagees, the following described
real estate, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot Twenty-Nine (29) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Eight (8) as
platted and recorded in the official records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming
The mortgagors agree to pay the indebtedness hereby secured.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum
hereby secured, when the same shall become due and payable,
then the mortgage shall be remedied per the terms of the
agreement.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead laws of said state.
DATED this 10th day of July, 2001.
