WARRANTY DEED
Tamara Sue McBride a/k/a Tamara S. McBride, a single person,
Grantor, whose mailing address is PO Box 6863, Jackson, Wyoming 83002 and
whose physical address is 16 Barberry Way, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming for and
in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid,
conveys and warrants to Tammy McBride, Trustee, or her successors in trust,
under the Tammy McBride Living Trust dated December 4, 2006, for the benefit
of Tammy McBride and her heirs, Grantee, whose mailing address is PO Box
6863, Jackson, Wyoming 83002 and whose physical address is 16 Barberry Way,
Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming the following described real estate:
1) Lot 45 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
2) Lot 46 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
3) Lot 47 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
4) Lot 48 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
5) Lot 49 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
6) Lot 55 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title

thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions,
reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of this state.
