CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transfers to U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Asset
Backed Certificates, Series 2005-HE4, whose address is 1661 Worthington
Road, Suite 100, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, all the rights, title and interest in
and to that certain Real Estate Mortgage dated April 24, 2005, executed by Roy
Siebeck, to Argent Mortgage Company, LLC and recorded on May 6, 2005, at
Reception No. 908200 in Book 584 at Page 768 of the Official Records in the
County Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on real estate
legally described as follows:
LOT 212 OF RIVER RANCHES FISHING AND EQUESTRIAN
ESTATES AT FREEDOM, WYOMING, SECOND FILING,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT
FILED MARCH 10,1999, AS PLAT NO. 383.
with an address of 251 Equestrian Way Freedom, WY 83120
TOGETHER with all its rights, title and interest in the note thereon
described or referred to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest.
