KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 15th day of September, 2004, made and executed by James K. Whalen and Bobbie S.
Whalen, husband and wife, as Mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of$40,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 17th day of September, 2004, in Book 0567 of Mortgages, at page 0453,
and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

Trust and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and
said Robert Bovee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
