organized and existing under THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
the Mortagee named in that certain mortgage hereof its right, title and interest in and to
said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee ZACHARY BACKMAN AM
BRITTANY BACKMAN, and appears recorded on January 26,2007 in Book' , 1
of mortgages, beginning on Page ~ in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and which covers property described as follows:
LOT 7 OF BLOCK 58 OF THE SECOND ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF
KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE
OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
Together with the note or notes secured thereby, to the Wyoming Community
Development Authority, its successors and assigns subject however, to all of the
agreements, conditions, covenants and stipulations therein contained, as well as all rights
of redemption provided by law.
