KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Mytt Anderson, does hereby certify that
mortgage bearing the date of November 5,2004 made and executed by Zach Clatterbaugh and
Natosba Clatterbaugh, as mortgagors to Mytt Anderson as mortgagee conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as ,security for the payment of $40,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 12, 2004 in Book 572PR on page 460
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
