Borden, husband and wife of 1532 Crow Creek Road, Aft:on, Wyoming 83110, grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, grant and convey to Robert H. Roberts and Cinta G. Roberts husband and wife, of Aft:on, Lincoln County Wyoming, grantees, the following described perpetual right-of-way easement for the following purposes and under the following conditions. 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement is for the purpose of providing a perpetual right-of-way easement for ingress, egress and to construct underground public utilities for heirs, successors and assigns. 2, Conditions of Easement. The conditions of the easement are: A. It Is a common easement for the mutual benefit of the grantees and the grantors, Frank B. Borden and Kittie L. Borden, husband and wife. B. Grantors shall not be obligated to participate in any expense of improvement of the easement without their written consent. C. Grantees by their acceptance of the easement agree that they use the easement at their own risk and accept responsibility for that use and its effects. 2. Property Benefited by Easement. A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 458PR, on Page 097, within the NWi/4SE1/4 of Section 4, 13iN, R119W., of the 61t! P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of said property, said point being 1790.82 feet N18°13'45''E from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1978 Jocanan for the Southwest Corner of the SE1/4 and 2697.57 feet N51°02'10'W from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1978 location for the Southeast Corner of said Section 4; thence 568°12'46'W 188.72 feet; thence N54°37'06"W 135.58 feet; thence N 7°29'29'W 421.10 feet; thence S85°14'34''E168.24 feet; thence N70040'Ol" E 134.p feet; thence 570°36'58" E 218.67 feet; thence S4°24'52'W 23.75 feet; thence 523°41'02'W 393.27 feet, to the point of beginning, containing 4.140 acres of land.
