EXCEPTING the land described in Warranty Deed recorded June 18, 1970 in Book 90PR, Page

EXCEPTING the land described in Warranty Deed recorded May 21, 1979 in Book 156PR, Page

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
