TRUSTEES QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Delmar C. Lancaster
Revocable Trust, dated August 14,1999, Dennis W. Lancaster, Successor Trustee,
and the Sybil W. Lancaster Revocable Trust, Dated August 14, 1999, Dennis W.
Lancaster, Successor Trustee, Grantors, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Jerald R. Lancaster and Margo M.
Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is
P.O. Box 1478 Jackson, Wyoming, 83001 the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The property as described on Exhibit "A" a copy of which is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use the water right from the Rainbow Pipeline
as far as said water right is appropriated for culinary use, EXCEPTING and
RESERVING unto Grantor, the water right in the Rainbow Pipeline as far as
it pertains to stock watering purposes.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
