Lancaster, Successor Trustee, and the Sybil W. Lancaster Revocable Trust, Dated August 14, 1999, Dennis W. Lancaster, Successor Trustee, Grantors, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Jerald R.
