Lancaster, Successor Trustee, and the Sybil W. Lancaster Revocable Trust, Dated August 14, 1999, Dennis W. Lancaster, Successor Trustee, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the Dennis W. and Leslie D. Lancaster Family Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2005, Dennis W. Lancaster and Leslie D. Lancaster, Trustees, an undivided 1/5 interest; A. Clyde Lancaster and Gladys Lancaster, an undivided 1/5 interest; W. Rex Lancaster and Beverly Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 1/5 interest; Karl Larson and Eva Lee Larson, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 1/5 interest and D. Blair Lancaster and Carol Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 1/5 interest, all as tenants in common, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1589, Afton, Wyoming, 83110, the following undivided one-half (%) interest in the mineral estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: The undivided one-half (%) interest owned by Grantors in the mineral estate in the following described property, to-wit: 7 ( í --; q;~ 0 C, I , The undivided one-half (%) interest of Grantors in all minerals and mineral rights of every kind and character now known to exist or hereinafter discovered, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing; coal, oil, and gas, and the rights thereto, together with the right to explore for, remove and dispose of said minerals located upon the following property to-wit: Township 32N, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, Section 29, SW~; and S%NW~, and NW~NW~; and South 42 rods of the NE~NW~; Section~3Q...E%E%; and a tract 20 square rods in the Southeast Corner of SW~NE~; and East 20 rods of NW~SE~; and East 20 rods of SW~SE~; and South 10 rods of West 60 rods of SW~SE~ TOGETHER WITH the right of possession, ingress and egress at all times for the purpose of mining, drilling and exploring the said lands for oil, gas and other minerals and of producing, storing and marketing the same therefrom and with all other rights and privileges necessary and incident to or convenient for the economical operation and development of said lands for the production of said oil, gas, and other minerals.
