Lancaster, Successor Trustee, and the Sybil W. Lancaster Revocable Trust, Dated August 14, 1999, Dennis W. Lancaster, Successor Trustee, Grantors, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the Dennis W. and Leslie D. Lancaster Family Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2005, Dennis W. Lancaster and Leslie D. Lancaster, Trustees, an undivided 23.958% interest; A. Clyde Lancaster and Gladys Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 20.536% interest; W. Rex Lancaster and Beverly Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 20.536% interest; Karl Larson and EvaLee Larson, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 20.536% interest and D. Blair Lancaster and Carol Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, an undivided 14.343% interest, all as tenants in common, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1589, Afton, Wyoming, 83110, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: The North % of the South % of Section 25, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
