WARRANTY DEED
Rosemary E. Ivins, a single person, Grantor, whose address is 123
Cottonwood Lane, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming for and in consideration of other
valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to
Rosemary E. Ivins, Trustee, or her successors in trust, under the Rosemary E. Ivins
Living Trust dated October 30,2006, for the benefit of Rosemary E. Ivins and her
heirs, Grantee, whose address is 123 Cottonwood Lane, Star Valley Ranch,
Wyoming the following described real estate:
Lot Eighty-eight (88) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Three (3) as
platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Subject to Declaration of Covenants, conditions and Restrictions
of Records.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantor hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of
said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions,
reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
