THIS MATTER comes before this Court upon the Petition filed by Petitioners Kelly
and Ellen Hebdon, with their counsel, Randall B. Luthi, of LUTHI & VOYLES, LLC requesting

that this Court issue a Decree of Distribution for Real Property in the Estate of William Larell
Hebdon pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205. The Court has reviewed the Petition and finds
that the requirements for the requested Decree that are set forth in Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205
have been satisfied by Petitioner. The Court finds further that the notice required by law has
been properly given, by publication for two (2) weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and that no objection to the Petition has been timely received
pursuant to that Notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED
as follows:

That Petitioner's Petition for a Decree of Distribution for Real Property in the
Estate of William LareH Hebdon is hereby granted.
2. That title to the real property in the Estate of William Larell Hebdon is hereafter
vested hereafter in Petitioners Kelly Hebdon and Ellen Hebdon, as husband and wife, and their
heirs and assigns, said property being more particularly described in Attachments A-I and A-2,
which are copies of warranty deeds recorded at 108 PR Page 62, on November 8, 1973 and on
August 24, 1983 at 204 PR Page 487.

WARRANTY DEED
WILLIAM LaRELL HEBDON, Grantor of Thayne, County of Lincoln,
and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to WILLIAM LaRELL HEBDON and
ELVA HEBDON, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties with full
rights of survivorship, Grantees whose address is Thayne, Wyoming, the
following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State
of Wyoming, .hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the Quarter-Section Line 66 rods
West from the East Quarter-Corner of Section 23, Township
34 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., and running
thence South 100 feet; thence West 70 feet; thence North
100 feet; thence East 70 feet to the place of beginning,
together with improvements and water-rights.
