QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
JEFFREY E. ROBERTS
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
EUGENE D. ROBERTS AND GALE ROBERTS,
Husband and Wife
whose address is P.O. Box 739, Thayne, WY 83127 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to
all the following described premises, to-wit:
Lot 13 of The Aspens at Clark Lane Phase 2 Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat filed March 15, 2006 as Instrument No. 916699 of the records of
the Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO
Lot 23 of The Aspens at Clark Lane Phase 2 Third Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat filed June 2, 2006 as Instrument No. 918998 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
