QillT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That Lincoln County, a political subdivision of the
State of Wyoming, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and
00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, convey and forever quitclaim unto The
North Lincoln County Hospital District, a governmental entity of the State of Wyoming,
Grantee, Afton, WY 83110 all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand
in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Star Valley Medical Center Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed April 30, 2002 as Ipstrument No. 880618
of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Lots 12 and 13 of Star Valley Medical Center Second Addition to the Town of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed July 30, 2003 as
Instrument No. 892044 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seal this 7/1 day of February,
