Turner, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of /J14rc;.h 10, ;lCJt>? made and executed by Kyle L. Erickson and Wendy D. Erickson, Trustees ófthe Kyle L. Erickson and Wendy D. Erickson Revocable Trust dated December 21, 1994, as mortgagor(s) to Ross M. Turner and Beverly C. Turner as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $35,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 14, 2006 in Book 614PR, Page 345 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: That part of Lot 3 of Block 30 of the Original Townsite of ACton, within the SEl/4SEl/4 of Section 25, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 11 of Photostatic Records on page 187, bounded as follows; On the west by the east line of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 90 of Photostatic Records on page 91; On the north by the north line of said Lot 3; On the east by the east line of said Lot 3; On the south by the north right-of-way line of Nield Avenue; ENCaMP ASSING an area of 0.42 acre, more or less; SECONDARILY described as follows: That part of Lot 3 of Block 30 of the Original Townsite of ACton, within the SEl/4SEl/4 of Section 25, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence S 02°08.2' W, 120.92 feet along the east line of said Lot 3 to a point on the north right-of-way line of Nield Avenue; thence S 89° 48.6' W, 148.61 feet along said right-of-way line to an intersection point with the east line of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 90 of Photostatic Records on Page 91; thence N 02° 08.2' E, 125.44 feet along said east line to an intersection point with the north line of said Lot 3; thence S 88° 26.9' E, 148.50 feet along said north line to the POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 20, 1970 in Book 90PR on page 91 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
