QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
Alvin L. Robinson and Alice L. Robinson,
Husband and Wife
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Wayne K. Hesson and Karen J. Hesson,
Husband and Wife
whose address is P.O. Box 460, Thayne, WY 83127 their heirs, successors and assigns, forever, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have or hereafter
acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 4, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates labeled "Hesson Parcel 2".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
