WARRANTY DEED
THE TOWN OF AFfON, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, grantor of the
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Larry L. Chavez, and Sandra L.
Chavez, husband and wife, grantees, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described real estate situated in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 9 of the Star Valley Medical Center Second Addition, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 250B filed on July 30, 2003 as instrument
No. 892044 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
