RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE j:)RESENTS, That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
a corporation of the United States of America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date
of August 16, 2005 made and executed by Bryan G. Miller and Jamie L. Miller, as
mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $351,031.00 as therein
stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
