to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states that an
Assessment results in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With respect
to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded October 29. 1999.
Book 437 PRo Page No. 538. No: 862286 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid,
satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property described below, and in
consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the
premises thereby affected. The subject property is more particularly described as
follows:
