considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and
WARRANTS to A. Blaine Brimley and Narda B. Brimley, Trustees of the A. Blaine
Brimley and Norda B. Brimley Family Trust dated February 15, 1999, grantees, of 7808
North 42nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85051, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

(5) rods to the place of beginning containing in all twenty-fi~e (25) square
rods. Town of Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
