Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Michael B. Roberts and Laurie L. Roberts, husband and wife
an undivided 33.33% Interest
and
Marlo M. Roberts, an undivided 27.55%
and
Jerold G. Schmidt,
an undivided 39.12% Interest
As tenants in common
Grantees, whose mailing address is c/o Mike & Laurie Roberts, 165 W. Albion Village Way
#206, Sandy, UT 84070, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 9 of the Greys River Village Second Addition to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in
use.
