WARRANTY DEED
Matthew D. Barber,· a single man, Grantor, whose address is PO Box
1496, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of other valuable
consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Matt
Barber, Trustee, or his successors in trust, under the Spanky Living Trust dated
January 29, 2007, for the benefit of Matt Barber and his heirs, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 1496, Thayne, Wyoming, the following described real estate:
That property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Qook
572, Page 15-16 as Document No. 904674 in th~ Lincolq CQunty,
Wyoming C'erk's Office.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are 1ftwfully seized
of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; ( l1d Grantors warrant the
title thereto against the lawful claims of áll persons whomsoever, except:
restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
