Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit: .
Lot 86, Star Valley Ranch, Plat 6, according to that plat of record in the Office of the County Clerk,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
WITNESS, the hand of said grantor(s) this 13th day of February, 2007.
This Corrective Warranty Deed is given to correct the Grantee name from Jack M Bloomquist to Jack
M Blomquist and Deborah A. Blomquist on that certain Warranty Deed recorded on 10/26/2006 as
instrument No. 923764 in Book 638 Page 285 in the Lincoln County Clerk's office, Lincoln County,
Wyoming and corrected incorrectly on that certain Corrective Warranty Deed recorded 2/6/2007 as
instrume~ . 926560 in Book 648, Page 154.
