QUITCLAIM DEED
Next Step Engineering, Design and Construction, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability
company, of PO Box 1662, Afton, WY 83110, grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and
valuable consideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to Alan W. Lampe and Sharon G. Lampe,
Trustees of the Alan W. and Sharon G. Lampe Family Trust dated December 7, 1999, of PO Box
84, Afton, WY 83110, grantees, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

being all of that "Home" tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in

PR, page 362, and Book 639, page 71, as more particularly described on the
attached "Description for Alan W. And Sharon G. Lampe Family Trust dated 7
December 1999, AI Lampe Tract.

BEGINNING at a breather pipe, N68°·14'-03"E, 2188.55 feet from the southwést corner
of said NWY., found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office;
thence S86°-28'-36"E, 140.00 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 439, to the
southeast corner thereof;
thence continuing S86°-28'-36"E, 33.72 feet, along an easterly extension of said south line,
to a point;
