County of Lincoln ) We, the undersigned, hereby certify that the division of part of Section 24, T35N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming as shown hereon and more particularly described under the Certificate of Surveyor, is with the free consent and is in accordance with the desires of the undersigned owners and proprietors; that the name of the subdivision shall be STONEFL Y RANCH Phase 1; that easements for drainage, irrigation, and utilities are a ten (10) foot strip along the front, sides, and rear of each lot are hereby granted for the underground installation of water, sewer, power, telephone, and cable television and for stormwater drainage and irrigation facilities appurtenant to this subdivision. that the undersigned owners reserve the right of ingress, egress, and utilities over, under, and across said Stonefly Drive. that the subdivision is subject to easements of record; that the subdivision is subject to covenants, conditions, and restrictions of record in said Office in Book of Photostatic Records on Page that there shall be no further division of any lot depicted on this plat; that the adjudicated water rights of record are to be retained subject to that irrigation plan of record in the Office of the Wyoming State Engineer; that all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
