David K. Jensen, a single person, Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged and confessed, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Adrian
Kole and Diana Kole, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, of
Mesquite, Nevada, all right, title, and interest that he may have in and to the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
to-wit:
A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 117 West of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 15, thence
North 00°02'10" west along the easterly boundary of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 15, a distance of 1316.11 feet to the CS 1/16
corner of said Section 15;

Thence South 89°29'36" West along the southerly boundary of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15, a
distance of 59.51 feet to the point of beginning of this description, said
point of beginning being a point on the centerline of a road easement;

Thence continuing south 89°29'36" west along the southerly boundary
of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15
a distance of 1257.65 feet to the Southwest 1/16 corner of said
Section 15;
Thence north 44°45'02" east a distance of939.29 feet to a point being
on the centerline of a road easement;
Thence South 42° 16'27" east along the centerline of a road easement
a distance of 886.49 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and
SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions,
if any, of record.
