Box 310, Afton, WY 83110, grantor, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Alan W. Lampe and Sharon G. Lampe, Trustees of the Alan W. and Sharon G. Lampe Family Trust dated December 7, 1999, of PO Box 84, Afton, WY 83110, grantees, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as it has or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: That part of the NW1/4 of Section 6, T31 N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being all of that "Home" tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 439 PR, page 609, and part of those tracts of record in said Office in Book 119 PR, page 362, and Book 639, page 71, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for Alan W. And Sharon G. Lampe Family Trust dated 7 December 1999, AI Lampe Tract. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
