QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Town of Afton, Wyoming, a Wyoming
Municipal Corporation, of P.O. Box 310, Afton, WY 83110, grantor, in consideration of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Alan W. Lampe and Sharon G. Lampe, Trustees of
the Alan W. and Sharon G. Lampe Family Trust dated December 7, 1999, of PO Box 84, Afton,
WY 83110, grantees, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as it has
or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of the NW1/4 of Section 6, T31 N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being all of that "Home" tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 439 PR, page 609, and part of those tracts of record in said Office in Book 119
PR, page 362, and Book 639, page 71, as more particularly described on the
attached "Description for Alan W. And Sharon G. Lampe Family Trust dated 7
December 1999, AI Lampe Tract.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

Corporation, by authority of its Town Council; and said Alan C. Stauffer acknowledged said
instrument to be the free act and deed of said Wyoming Municipal Corporation.

That part of the NWV. of Section 6, 1'31 N R IISW, Lincoln County, Wyoming. being all of
that "Home" tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 439 of
Photostatic Records on page 609, and pal1 of those tracts of record in said Office in Book
119 of Photostatic Records on page 362 and in Book 639 of Photostatic Records on page
71 described as follows:
BEGINNING at a breather pipe, N6S"-14'-03"E, 21SS,55 feet from the southwest corner
of said NWV., found as described in the Comer Record filed in said Office;
thence SS6"-28' -36"E, 140.00 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 439, to the
southeast comer thereof; ,
thence continuing SS6°-2S'-36"E, 33,72 feet, along an easterly extension of said south line,
to a point;
thence N03°-30'-17"W, 165,24 feet, to a point;
thence NS6"-2S'-36"W, 33.50 feet, along an easterly extension of the north line of said
tract in Book 439, to the northeast point thereof;
thence continuing N86"-28' -36"W, 120,00 feet, along the north line of said tract, to the
northwest point thereof;
thence S03°-31 '-24"W, 164.00 feet, to the PIPE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.62 acres, more or less;
the Base Bearing for this survey is the west line of the NW1/4 of Section 6, T31N RIISW,

each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 51S" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368" or "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADUSTMENT FOR THE TOWN OF AFTON
AND NEXT STEP ENGINEERING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, LLC AND
