COMES NOW William.!. Wiemann, General Partner ofWJW Holdings, LLLP, a North
Dakota Limited Liability Limited Partnership, P.O. Box 9199, Fargo, North Dakota 58106, and
being duly sworn on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statements of facts
and affirms:
1. That WJW Holdings, LLLP is an owner of the land described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2
AMENDED - 10TH FILING WITHIN SW1,4NE1,4 NW1,4SE1,4 E1I2NW1,4 SECTION 19 T37N
R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 13 December 2006, as revised.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar of
said plat had been signed.
5. That William J. Wiemann is acting by and through his Attorney-in-Fact, Kevin Voyles, who
is acting pursuant to the Limited Power of Attorney that was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 31, 2006, in Book 632 at Pages 253 and 254.
6. That Kevin Voyles is acting for and on behalf ofWJW Holdings, LLLP as that partnership's
duly authorized agent pursuant to the Certificate of Authority from WJW Holdings, LLLP
that was recorded on August 31, 2006, in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in
Book 632 at Page 255.
