RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 13th day of February, 2002, made and executed by Just Stone Inc., a Wyoming corporation,
as Mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $86,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
15th day of February, 2002, in Book 483 of Mortgages, at page 580, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged;

the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

signed by its President and its Corporate seal to be affixed, this 15th day of February, 2007.

known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of the Jackson State Bank & Trust
and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said instrument
was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said Peter K.
Lawton acknowledged said instrument to be the ftee act and deed of said corporation.
